Reclaiming end-of-life as a passage we navigate together, grounded in relationship, compassion, and community.

Advance Planning

Thoughtful preparation can reduce stress, increase clarity, and ensure wishes are honored.

  • Provide guidance, tools, and structured support for end-of-life planning

  • Assist in assembling a comprehensive “critical information file”, including health care proxy, power of attorney, living will, digital legacy details, important account information, contact lists, and more

    • Note: My support focuses on gathering and organizing information; I do not create or execute legal documents

  • Facilitate meaningful conversations between individuals and families about values, preferences, fears, and priorities

Navigating the End of Life

Support during serious illness focuses on comfort, clarity, and connection.

  • Offer companionship, compassionate presence, and emotional support

  • Facilitate ongoing conversations about evolving needs, wishes, and concerns

  • Coordinate practical household support systems (meals, visitors, cleaning schedules, communication trees)

Caregiver Support

Caregivers deserve care, too.

  • Provide education about anticipatory grief, caregiver stress, and what to expect during the dying process

  • Offer emotional support and a confidential, non-judgmental space to process challenges

  • Help caregivers build skills in communication, boundary-setting, and decision-making

  • Encourage and equip caregivers to practice self-advocacy, self-care, and help-seeking

Ritual, Ceremony, & Celebration

Honoring life and loss in meaningful ways.

  • Collaborate with clients to pre-plan rituals, ceremonies, or celebrations of life

  • After death, work with surviving loved ones to facilitate or officiate gatherings in alignment with religious, spiritual, or cultural preferences

  • Assist with obituary writing and eulogy development

Community Engagement & Education

  • As a co-leader of Living While Mortal, I create spaces for authentic, open, and vulnerable conversations about the taboo topics of grief and death.

  • Facilitate workshops for private events at workplaces, houses of worship, senior centers, and other community-based organizations on end-of-life care and planning.

After Death and Bereavement Care

Support does not end at the moment of death.

  • On-call support for acute grief in the days and weeks following death

  • Assist executors and family members in sorting through belongings and making decisions

  • Provide administrative and practical support during the transition period

Let’s connect

You may be planning ahead, adjusting to a new diagnosis, caring for someone you love, or hoping to bring more open conversations about mortality into your community. Wherever you find yourself, I welcome the opportunity to connect.

Our work together begins simply - with a conversation.
